Hello, farm family! As the late May sun warms the Colorado soil here in Strasburg, we look out over our 40 acres with a deeper sense of purpose and excitement than ever before. This winter was quiet on the surface, but beneath the frost, we have been working tirelessly. Today, we are absolutely thrilled to pull back the curtain on what we’ve been building for you.

For years, you have known us as Wolf Creek Fresh. While we will always pride ourselves on supplying the freshest 100% natural, free-range, and regenerative produce and eggs, we realized our ultimate goal goes far deeper than the surface. Food is the foundation of life, mental clarity, and physical resilience. True vitality comes from knowing exactly how your food was raised, the integrity of the soil it grew in, and the care woven into its cultivation.

To reflect this deeper commitment to your holistic health and wellness, we are officially stepping into the 2026 season with an updated name: Wolf Creek Vitality. Same family, same beautiful land, but with an elevated dedication to nourishing your whole body and mind.

The Engine of Our New Season: The Greenhouse Reveal

How are we bringing this renewed mission to life? We built a brand-new, state-of-the-art greenhouse over the winter! This structural milestone is the heart and soul of our 2026 season. It allows us to shield delicate young sprouts from unpredictable Colorado weather, capture the early sun, and cultivate exceptionally vibrant, nutrient-dense varieties long before standard field planting allows.

Right now, our new greenhouse is absolutely bursting with life. Our heirloom seedlings are soaking up the warmth, deep-rooting in rich organic soil, and prepping to deliver their first robust harvests straight to your family's table.
