Product Quality and Warranty
At Wolf Creek Fresh, we proudly provide 100% natural, free-range, and regeneratively farmed vegetables and eggs. While we ensure the freshest, highest-quality products, please understand that natural variations and perishability are inherent to farm-fresh goods. Customers should inspect their order upon receipt and notify us if there are any concerns about quality or condition.

Orders and Payment
Orders must be confirmed by the customer. Prices reflect the care and sustainable practices involved in our farming and are provided at the time of order. Payment is expected at delivery or based on agreed terms. Accepted payments include cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers.

Pickup Terms
We offer pickup of fresh farm products at our farm stand according to the agreed schedule. While we strive for timely pickups, unforeseen conditions such as weather or road issues may cause delays. Customers need to be available to receive and inspect their produce.

Risk and Title
Ownership and risk transfer to the customer upon delivery and acceptance of the produce or eggs.

Cancellation and Returns
Replacements are provided if produce or eggs are spoiled or not as described. Please report such issues to us.

Force Majeure
Wolf Creek Fresh is not liable for delays or failures in delivery due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to adverse weather, natural disasters, or transportation disruptions.

Customers must provide accurate details and ensure availability at pickup times.

Our liability is limited to replacement or refund of affected products. Wolf Creek Fresh is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
