New Germination Tent

We just got a new germination tent to help control light & temperature of our spring seedlings. While not as fancy as professional germination chambers that control light, temperature and humidity, it does bring them inside out of the cold nights. I'm going to put heat mats on the shelves with a soil temperature probe in the soil. It will keep the soil at mid 70 degree temperatures. I'll start with moist soil and put domes over the 1020 trays. That "should" create a good growing environment. I'll post updates as the season progresses.

Can't wait to get tomatoes and peppers started!
