Grovers first hours

Welcome to the farm Grover! We had a new arrival at in the early hours Wednesday. Mary gave birth to a beautiful baby boy named Grover after the Satyr in the Percy Jackson series that my girl love. Mother and son are doing just fine and we look forward to having several more kids arriving over the next week or two.

Grover is a large kid and we had some challenges getting him to latch on in the early stages. He is so tall that he kept overshooting the mark and could not find Mary's udders. After some help from the midwife Grover was on his knees and was the right height to feed. We look forward to many more great cute goat videos to come for you.
